Our self-serve onboarding plan revolves around three key pillars: Time to Value, Effective Adoption, and Structured Enablement. By prioritizing these values, our plan is designed to empower your team to succeed with Airtable quickly, and efficiently so you can start to measure the impact. Here’s how you get started:
Establish Your Airtable Team:
We explored the crucial initial steps on the Instructions page, highlighting the roles needed for a successful onboarding journey. The Team page allows you to designate team members to their respective roles, ensuring clear responsibilities and effective collaboration.
Building Workflows:
The Workflows page is a central hub for managing processes in Airtable. We showcased how you can add and detail your workflows, linking them to positive business outcomes. You set the stage for enhanced efficiency and successful outcomes by aligning workflows with crucial business goals.
Milestones and Tasks:
The heart of the onboarding journey lies in the Milestones and Tasks section. From the Kickoff phase to Deployment, each milestone builds upon the last, guiding you toward a structured and effective implementation of Airtable within your organization. In this template, “Tasks” are meant to be the stepping stones that guide you towards Milestone completion, and you can view Tasks either by expanding each Milestone or by selecting the Tasks tab.
