OverviewI would like to propose a feature enhancement for Airtable forms that enables users to create multiple records within a single form submission. This feature would allow users to:Specify the number of records they wish to create upfront.Dynamically add or remove record sections while filling out the form.Prefill certain fields in subsequent records based on the initial input. This functionality would streamline data entry processes, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve overall efficiency.Feature DetailsMulti-Record Form CreationActivation Toggle: In the form builder, introduce a toggle option labeled "Enable Multi-Record Submission." When activated, this allows the form to accept multiple records in one submission.Record Count Specification: Provide an option at the beginning of the form for users to specify the number of records they intend to submit. To whom it may concern,I have a use case that requires exporting a CSV but in the Timeline format. I am almost positive this is not possible. Export will not disseminate data in a timeline column/Summary format but maybe there is something I am missing. Any help appreciated. Jason Knighten
(Even if it's just the suffix after the Base ID) This would be more useful than you'd think! 🙌

This is a genuine question for Enterprise customers with large datasets living in their Airtable environments. With the limitation being that only 200,000 cells be visible (not rows, actual cells - which I thought was an interesting limitation from Airtable as that terminology has never been used before), is anyone avoiding the feature all together?Has anyone figured out any workarounds, or solutions to allowing a large dataset to be used in a synced link table? Some context, we are a large media streaming company that handles the majority of its content operations within airtable - one of our many bases is our Media Asset Library, which includes ALL of our series, season, feature, episode, trailer, and promo assets - and each of these has a handful of linked references to other tables & bases. The problem that we encounter is our Media Asset Library is already ~ 64,000 records in total, and if we needed to setup a synced link view for the title library with any level of lookup

This is just another great place to talk about all things AI, including our new feature: Airtable Cobuilder! We just opened up a new thread in the AI Accelerators group to hear how the Community is using Cobuilder, and the first 10 people to post in that thread will receive some Community swag! Hope to see you there and hear how you're enjoying Cobuilder ✨
Hi everyone - Hope you're good. One pain point for me building our suite of interfaces, is the inability to use the 'User' field (mainly Assignees for tasks, projects in our example) to it's full potential in a number of scenarios. The disconnect from a 'user' in Airtable, eg) someone I have invited to the platform and a 'record' in a Team / team members table that you can assign to a team / task can't be an oversight? You can't make a 'User' field as a Primary field, so you have to have another field with the name / id duplicated. Some specific interfacing examples:- Kanban view: You can't use the User field as the stacking field, in order to view a team's tasks, and drag and drop between the team members - Gallery view: You can't use the User field as the Primary fieldI'd love to see how anyone has worked around this, especially in the case of a clean way to delegate tasks to users, with some visibility of the user's current workload / capacity. I've toyed around with gr

Bonjour Enterprise Network! We recently held an Airtable AI Accelerator Workshop in Paris that brought together a group of passionate Airtable customers from all over Western Europe. We even had a customer join us while on their holiday as they didn't want to miss out! Led by @Mikayla_LaRosa, customers were able to get inspired by the art of what's possible with AI, and get hands on with the latest and greatest AI features in Airtable. She walked attendees through basic AI prompting exercises, and a process mapping brainstorm. To get snapshot of what was shared during this AI Accelerator Workshop, I would highly recommend checking out the recording of the Enterprise Network event from this week focused on AI Process Mapping! We also invited customers to present their projects from the workshop, and we heard some incredible use cases ranging from app development to customer quote optimization. One of the most creative examples was from a customer at a music management company who creat
Hi all! I thought I would share some things I wish I could do on Airtable right now, manifesting that they may be future features.1. In a long text field, I wish I could use bullets and hyper links. This would help display cleaner for the field in interfaces2. I wish I could save a record as a PDF from an interface - from the record selector and single record layouts. I know this can be done in Page designer extension but - to my knowledge - page designer does not dynamically space. And its not nearly as easy to customized as an interface.
Join us in continuing the conversation on leveraging Airtable AI for scalability. Hello and thank you for adding me to this group.I am attempting to do something that on the surface appears relatively simple however I am not quite able to figure out a work around for the issue.I am building out a bidding module to my base.I have a Series of tables starting with "Projects" then "Bids" then "Bid Line Items" where I then roll up the total of a set of Line Item expenses "Bid Amount*" to the Bids Table. I want to use that rollup in the "Primary" field as part of a formula however I get a circular reference error. Is there an easy way to extract that information and use it in a formula? Thank you!
Hello there! What's the best way to enable AI for our workspaces? Our organization admin has requested activation through the in-app prompts and contacted Sales directly, but it's been over two weeks without a response. I manage everything for Airtable in our org and I'd initiate this myself and push more, but my org admin can't make me an admin because it appears that Airtable can't make an admin out of a user that has an email from a different domain. If there's an account executive associated with our account, I'd be grateful for an introduction to help guide us through this. 🙂 Thanks!
